How it works

I work with your colleagues to guide and challenge them to work more effectively together, both within their own team and within other teams across the complex multi-agency network that makes up your systems leadership context.

In face to face and virtual sessions, I work with team members individually and as a group as they come to a better understanding of themselves and each other, their impact, super powers and support needs.

Whilst I draw on transactional analysis, psychological safety, NLP and positive psychology my team coaching is not ‘model’ or ‘tool’ based neither is it facilitation or ‘away day’ work. Instead I work over a period of time to support and challenge the team to look at themselves as a group, be honest about what they see, and use that awareness safely to try new approaches in their work together.
